About Jim
Jim has a variety of experiences in his life. He served during Vietnam, 10 years in law enforcement (with rank of Sergeant; 10 years as an EMT 1,2,3 during those years in law enforcement), 33 years in education (teacher, teacher trainer, ass’t principal / principal / superintendent- grades 5-12), and a total of 7 years as a Certified Chaplain in the areas of Hospice, Crisis Counseling, Suicide Interventionist, Law Enforcement/First Responders and Chaplain Trainer.
For 2 years, Jim and his wife were privileged to serve in small and large churches, alongside pastors, in the areas of music and Bible teaching/preaching and as missionaries in Central America.
Jim began serving with JARON’s CODE3 Ministry in June 2011. He is now Senior Crisis Chaplain and has trained Chaplains for Law Enforcement, Jails, First Responders, Churches and Schools. Jim resides in Stanislaus County.
